Beadsnfashion.com offers you the option to return and/or exchange purchased items from its website within 2 days of receiving of items.
We request our customers to check their orders carefully when delivered and report any damages/shortages immediately

In case of any damage or the customer doesnโ€™t like the products, kindly inform within 2 days of receiving delivery otherwise your complaint will not be taken into consideration and customers will also have to send the pictures of the damaged product as a proof via Email or WhatsApp.

The buyer is responsible for arranging the returns of items in their original form with no damages or visible usage signs, when possible in their original packaging. Partial returns or selected items return is possible.
