Return Policy

केवल गलत माल और टूटा हुआ माल की ही वापसी संभव है बाकी माल सिर्फ़ बदला जाएगा उसके कोरियर के रिटर्न आप ही को भेजना है स्पीड पोस्ट से. (Only Wrong and damage products are returnable rest of materials can only change and also that product you want to exchange, you have to send it back to us by speed post( India Post)

आपको यह सामान स्पीड पोस्ट से वापस करना है हम आपको ₹70 की ही वापसी की रकम दे पाएंगे अगर आप कोरियर भी करते हैं तो इससे ज्यादा पेमेंट नहीं होगा. You have to send materials by Speed Post (Indan Post) and we would remburse you Rs. 70/- Only . we will not pay more then Rs.70/- even if you send by courier 

You have to send the return parcel by speed post, we will reimburse you Max ₹ 70 offers you the option to return and/or exchange purchased items from its website within 2 days of receiving of items.

We request our customers to check their orders carefully when delivered and report any damages/shortages immediately

In case of any damage or the customer doesn’t like the products, kindly inform within 2 days of receiving delivery otherwise your complaint will not be taken into consideration and customers will also have to send pictures of the damaged product as proof via Email or WhatsApp

The buyer is responsible for arranging the returns of items in their original form with no damages or visible usage signs, when possible in their original packaging. Partial returns or selected items return is possible. will not entertain returns of items that have visible usage/worn-out signs. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. 

Refund Policy 

The refund process initiates once products are received at their origin. 

  1. Items purchased through credit card/debit card/net banking [full invoice amount including taxes] will be paid to the respective bank/credit card account or, Customer can opt for a coupon of the same Value and he/she can use this in the next order.
  2. In the case of COD orders, Bank account details are to be provided and the transfer will be reflected within 7 working days.
