Beadsnfashion.com offers you the option to return and/or exchange purchased items from its website within 2 days of receiving of items.
We request our customers to check their orders carefully when delivered and report any damages/shortages immediately

In case of any damage or the customer doesn’t like the products, kindly inform within 2 days of receiving delivery otherwise your complaint will not be taken into consideration and customers will also have to send the pictures of the damaged product as a proof via Email or WhatsApp.

The buyer is responsible for arranging the returns of items in their original form with no damages or visible usage signs, when possible in their original packaging. Partial returns or selected items return is possible.

Beadsnfashion.com will not entertain returns of items that have visible usage/worn-out signs. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

Refund Policy


The refund process initiates once products are received at their origin.
