Step 1 – Register
Complete the Creator Registration Form on BeadsnFashion.com.
Step 2 – Get Approved
Our team will review your application. Once approved, you'll receive access to your Creator Dashboard, where you can generate Creator Links, monitor your performance, and track your earnings.
Step 3 – Share Your Creator Links
Promote your Creator Links through:
- Your Website
- Blog
- YouTube
- WhatsApp Communities
- Telegram
- Email Newsletters
Whenever someone clicks your Creator Link and places an eligible order within the cookie period, the referral is automatically tracked.
Step 4 – Earn Creator Earnings
Earn 10% commission on every eligible completed order placed through your Creator Links.
Creator Earnings Structure
We believe in rewarding creators fairly.
Earn 10% Commission
You'll earn 10% commission on the product value of every eligible completed order.
Commission is calculated on the product value only and excludes:
- GST
- Shipping Charges
The following orders are not eligible for commission:
- Cancelled Orders
- Returned Orders
- Refunded Orders
30-Day Cookie Tracking
Every Creator Link includes a 30-day tracking cookie.
If a customer clicks your Creator Link and places an eligible order within 30 days, your referral will automatically be credited to your Creator Account.
Creator Attribution
If a customer clicks multiple Creator Links before placing an order, the Creator Earnings will be credited to the last valid Creator Link clicked within the 30-day cookie period.
All eligible referrals are automatically tracked and displayed in your Creator Dashboard.
Creator Earnings Approval
New Creator Earnings initially appear as Pending.
They become Approved only after:
- The order has been successfully delivered.
- The applicable return and replacement period has expired.
- The order has not been cancelled, refunded, or returned.
Approved Creator Earnings become eligible for payout during the next monthly payment cycle.
Creator Purchases
Unlike many creator programs, BeadsnFashion allows Creator Partners to earn commission on their own eligible purchases made through their registered Creator Link.
To ensure fairness, fraudulent, fake, bulk manipulation, or artificially generated orders are strictly prohibited. Such activities may result in cancellation of Creator Earnings and permanent termination of the Creator Account.
Monthly Creator Earnings
Creator Earnings are processed once every month.
For example:
- January Creator Earnings are paid in February.
- February Creator Earnings are paid in March.
Minimum Payout
The minimum payout amount is ₹500.
If your approved Creator Earnings are below ₹500, they will automatically roll over to the next payment cycle until the minimum payout amount is reached.

Creator Program Guidelines
To maintain a fair, transparent, and rewarding Creator Program, all Creator Partners are expected to promote BeadsnFashion responsibly and ethically.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spam or unsolicited promotions
- False or misleading advertising
- Trademark bidding without written permission
- Fake or fraudulent orders
- Artificial traffic generation
- Coupon abuse
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or the BeadsnFashion Terms of Service
Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or permanent termination of your Creator Account, cancellation of pending Creator Earnings, and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
