How do I find a product?
Use the search bar to search by product name, SKU, material, colour or category. You can also browse products through our main menu and collections.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer special wholesale discounts on bulk purchases. Please visit our Wholesale page or contact us for bulk pricing.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
No. Our complete product catalogue is available online with the latest products, prices and stock availability.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Orders must be placed online. If you need assistance, our customer support team will be happy to help.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation by email and SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable) along with your order number. Once dispatched, tracking details will also be shared.
Can I order an out-of-stock product?
No. You may use the 'Notify Me' option, where available, to receive an alert when the product is back in stock.
Shipping FAQs
What are your shipping charges?
Prepaid Orders: ₹65 (₹0–499), ₹35 (₹500–1,199), FREE for ₹1,200 and above. COD is available on orders of ₹499 and above with a ₹50 COD handling charge.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days. Express delivery, where available, usually takes 2–4 business days depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide through DHL Express, FedEx and Aramex. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipment weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the courier tracking number by email and/or SMS so you can monitor delivery.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, PayPal (for international orders), and Cash on Delivery where available.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways using SSL encryption.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only for wrong products, damaged items, manufacturing defects, or missing items reported within 2 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Who pays the return shipping?
Customers initially pay the return shipping charges. Approved returns sent via India Post Speed Post are reimbursed up to ₹70.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy after inspection of the returned product.

Do I need an account to shop?
